2013-2014 Program Book Advertising
The Worcester Music Festival Program Book is a 8.25" x 10.75", 35-50 page, glossy, souvenir-quality publication with editorial information interspersed with advertising.
CIRCULATION / READERSHIP
The Program Book will be distributed free of charge at all Music Worcester performances throughout the season (October - May). Our concerts attract a well-educated business and professional audience of over 15,000 from central New England, the MetroWest, and throughout New England. As many of our patrons attend more than one concert, your ad will have the advantage of continued reinforcement.
Rates apply to printer-ready ads and include full season distribution. Any ad layout costs for non-camera ready copy will be billed to the advertiser.

Supply all ads as printer-ready Adobe InDesign (up to CS4), Adobe Photoshop, saved as TIFF or EPS (up to CS4), Adobe Illustrator, text converted to outlines (up to CS4), Adobe Acrobat PDF (see specs below), Quark (up to v.6.0).
Acrobat Hi-Res PDFs must have: 1. All fonts embedded (No true type fonts) 2. be in correct mode (no RGB or LAB or embedded color profiles) CMYK color (4-color photos must be saved in CMYK mode) and black & white photos must be saved as grayscale. 3. Do not include OPI image replacement in the file. 4. Resolution: 300 dpi for all images and files, and no less than 300 dpi when sized at

Your ad file should include: the ad layout files, a PDF proof of ad, a printout of the ad at 100% if possible.
Note: If you would like to use the same ad as last year, or make a minor change to the copy, please call or e-mail to see whether new materials will be necessary or not.
Reservations made in order of receipt. Your contract secures your space.

The Program Book will be distributed free of charge at all Music Worcester concerts from October 2013 through May of 2014. Advertising in our Program Book helps to support Music Worcester's programs and brings your advertisement to an audience of over 20,000.
