Music Worcester, Inc. is the pre-eminent presenter of exciting performances in Central Massachusetts. Each year we present our prestigious Music Festival - America's oldest ongoing. We offer distinguished and diverse programs by celebrated artists, world renowned orchestras, chamber and jazz ensembles, world music and dance groups, as well as choral masterworks, all in the acoustic splendor of historic Mechanics Hall and Tuckerman Hall.

Our Corporate Concert Sponsorship Program is designed to provide optimum benefits to your company and your support will receive the recognition it deserves.

  1. Sponsor name and logo are listed under the concert being sponsored on Music Worcester's season brochure, which is mailed to 10-15,000 homes throughout New England.
  2. Sponsor name and logo will appear on individual posters and heralds of concert being sponsored, which are distributed city-wide and also made available to your company for its own distribution.
  3. Music Worcester website (www.musicworcester.org) on which all concerts have individual pages, where would be the Sponsor's name and logo. We are also linked to many organizations, thereby expanding our reach.
  4. Sponsor receives complimentary tickets in priority seating and the opportunity to purchase additional tickets at a special discount.
  5. Our handsome, four-color, 8 1/2" X 11" Program Book has Sponsor listed on the program insert for the concert being sponsored; a potential audience of 15,000-20,000 will bring this program book home.
  6. Sponsor may choose to do its own advertising of their sponsorship,  as well as integrate the sponsorship in its own advertising.
  7. Sponsor may plan a pre or post-concert event on the evening of the concert which may be arranged directly with Mechanics or Tuckerman Hall. Whenever possible, we will request a guest appearance by the evening's conductor and/or artist.
  8. Sponsor will have our full cooperation in helping to maximize the publicity available from this sponsorship. Also, we can further discuss additional suggestions regarding employee benefits such as ticket discounts.

Music Worcester audiences come primarily from central New England. Our mailing and advertising efforts cover all of Massachusetts (including Boston, the North Shore and the Cape), southern New Hampshire, northern Connecticut and the cities along Route 395 in Connecticut, and Rhode Island. In addition to generous coverage in the Telegram and Gazette, Worcester Magazine and the Business Journal, we often advertise in Community Newspapers, the Jewish Chronicle, Vocero Hispano, Boston Globe's Ticket to the Arts on-line, and other publications that meet the specific needs for individual events. We make extensive use of radio, through sponsorship and membership agreements with public radio stations WICN Jazz & Folk in Worcester and WGBH in Boston.
