Our volunteers are an important part of the Music Worcester community and help us provide a warm and welcoming environment for our patrons.

Volunteer Responsibilities
  • Volunteer ushers typically arrive 1 hour and 15 minutes before the start of each concert
  • Pre-show roles include scanning tickets, handing out programs, and showing patrons to their seats
  • During intermission, volunteers help direct patrons to concessions, restrooms, and help answer general questions
  • At the end of the show, volunteers pick up unused program books
  • Volunteers can work as many or as few events as desired
Volunteer Qualifications
  • Volunteers should be 16 or older. National Honor Society and Tri-M members welcome!
