Security of personal information

MW uses industry-standard practices to protect your personal information against unauthorized access and unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction. Music Worcester does not store credit card information on our website or servers; instead, credit card transactions are processed and encrypted through Salesforce, and once processed, credit card numbers are not visible to staff members. Other patron data is stored on a Leap PatronManager database, and only accessible with 2-factor authentication logins for select staff members.

However, please be aware that no data security measures can guarantee impenetrable security. For example, your personal information may be affected by actions outside of our control, such as computer hacking and physical theft. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that your personal information is impervious to data breaches.

Third-party collaborations

MW may occasionally present an event that is co-presented with one of our local partner organizations or venues. If an event is listed as a co-presentation on the event page on our website, both organizations will get ticket buyer contact info, regardless of which organization processes the ticket order.
