Policies for Children

The recommended minimum age for attendance to any Music Worester presentation is 6 years old. We suggest parties with small children sit in our side balconies whenever possible, as they provide the best view for small children who may not have a clear view from the flat seating on the floor level. If you have any questions, please give the box office a call: 508-754-3231.

Noise in the Hall

Please note that in performance halls, sound carries expertly; we ask all patrons to be respectful of fellow listeners, no matter their age. We ask patrons of all ages to limit disruptions such as drinks, programs, cell phones, and talking during performances, as well as keeping talking in hallways to a minimum as voices carry well.

Refunds & Exchanges

Music Worcester does not offer refunds on ticket purchases. Exchanges are only available for Full Season, Flex, and Choose Your Own subscribers. Learn more about the benefits of being a subscriber (including early seat selections and renewals) here.
