New information for the 2020-2021 season with added benefits!

Music Worcester is excited to release a new approach to engage corporate sponsors and advertisers amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. We will get your name out to our patrons in the same kind of structure as previous years.

While we are unsure what our venue capacities will be and when live performance will be permitted, we will ensure, when at all possible, to pivot concerts to livestream events. A project of this kind is already underway as part of Music Worcester’s pre-season.

Anyone who participates in a virtual or in-person concert will receive a printed program book. We will mail program books to those who purchase virtual tickets. The overall reach and quantity of patrons is not going down; this is simply a new way they receive information if the concert becomes virtual. All in-person concerts will still receive a program book at the live concert.

Advertisers will also see some lower prices and additional benefits.

We are also able to produce insert advertising during the season with the listed benefits, though if a concert is virtual, the insert will be emailed out to patrons.

To pay for your sponsorship or ad by credit card, please click here. We also accept checks made payable to Music Worcester, Inc, mailed to 319 Main Street, Worcester, MA 01608.

If you have more questions regarding sponsorship or advertising with us, please email kate{at}musicworcester.org.

Previous sponsors include: Unibank, Country Bank, Unum, Worcester Arts Council, Interstate Specialty Products, Health New England, Bay State Savings Bank, National Endowment for the Arts, Webster Five, Bank of America, Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare, Greenberg Rosenblatt Kull & Bitsoli, Cutler Capital Management, Reliant Medical Group, Berkshire Bank, and Rand-Whitney Containers.

Music Worcester’s 160th Anniversary Concerts with Yo-Yo Ma at Mechanics Hall would not have been possible without the support of sponsors.
